2. Self Bre@.$t Massage: How to do it
You’ll need massage oils, these are used to prevent friction and discomfort during the massage (It’s a good advice to avoid mineral-based oils or scented oils)
When applying the oil, its advisable to do so in a circular manner, moving from the center of the chest towards the under arm area, light pressure should be applied, very soft.

Step 1: Finger stroke
You can start with the N!.ppls, use your fingers to make smooth slow strokes away from the N!.pplss in all directions. This is the first step and should not be skipped.

Step 2: Hand massage
Make sure the bre@.$t is covered in oil, then gently knead it by lifting them with both hands from the chest, then press them delicately.
