Swizz Beatz Announces “Poison” Album Will Arrive Later This Month
Swizz Beatz’ new album Poison will arrive “this month,” he announced on Instagram Monday.
The announcement arrived accompanied by a photo of the producer with Nas, who has been confirmed to appear on the project.
The announcement follows Swizz’ reveal that he produced an entire unreleased Nas album. “I did his album two years ago in one week in L.A.,” he said in an interview with Pitchfork.
“In the studio every day at 12 o’clock, just bang bang bang. Recorded the whole thing, got it all on film. It was an ill process.” Swizz continued on to describe the Nas album as “super crazy, maniac shit.”
